Yukti Restaurant - The Art Kitchen
Our elegant Yukti Restaurant provides a top class Indian Fine dining Experience up to 60 people. Smaller numbers will not be out of place either; such is the adaptability of this suite. The Yukti kitchen is Fully Equipped with all modern cooking facility for catering up to 200 guests.
With its new charm and fantastic, fresh food, the Yukti Restaurant is the ideal venue for any small function or event, from fine dining to wedding breakfast, birthdays and parties, to corporate entertainment, business seminars and small conferences. We are able to hold your required date as a provisional booking for up to 7 days, after this time we would then require a signed booking form and deposit.

Our Sales team is on hand to guide you and assist you through the planning stages of your event. On appointment they can meet with you for viewings of the facilities, discuss room layouts and look at your itinerary and requirements for the day.

Booking Terms & Conditions
- The hirer must be 21 years of age or over and must be the host and organiser who will be present throughout the event and be personally responsible for the conduct of guests
- £150 deposit is required to save the day of your event.
- 30% deposit required 14 days after saving the date for any other service agreed
- Remittance full payment is required two weeks before the event date or before.
- If hirer is not using resident DJ’s facility Hirers DJ must submit a current Portable Appliance Testing Certificate 2 weeks before the event date.
- The Hirer shall be responsible for any loss of or damage to any property belonging to Abhayah Liverpool including but not limited to the fabric of the Venue during the hire whether caused by the Hirer, any of the Hirer’s audience members participants or other invited guests.
- The Hirer is personally responsible for all guests’ safety they invite to the venue, any personal injury or claims made by the Hirers guests, the Hirer accepts full liability and Abhayah Liverpool or its subsidiary companies are not responsible for and liability and claims.
- The Hirer shall not make any alterations to the fabric of the Venue or its fixtures, furniture or equipment.
- Nails, screws or staples should not be driven into the structure, furniture, fixtures or fittings or any part of the Venue
- Signs, advertisements and similar notices shall not be affixed to walls, doors, windows or other surfaces within the Venue unless the Hirer has first obtained the written permission by the management.
- Smoking will not be permitted in any part of the Venue in accordance with provisions of the Smoking Regulations act 2007 England.
- Hirer or guest cannot bring food or drink on the licenced premises, unless written permission is provided by the management, exclusion and possible fine if caught in possession, CCTV in operation.
- Children must be accompanied by parents at all times and must leave premises by 2100hrs.
- Their Hirers responsibilities to make sure all the guests are out by venue closing time (12.00am).
Fights are strictly prohibited and any guests or employees that are seen in an obvious verbal or physical confrontation will be confronted by the Police Department. Abhayah Liverpool and their staff are not allowed to get involved in such confrontations and reserve the right to call the Police Department if such an occurrence is witnessed. For any reason, if such an event occurs the Hirer will hold the responsibility and will prosecuted according to the law.
complaints:
If the decorations and arrangements are done by our management, we would like to invite the party organiser to come and view the venue on the event date and any changes or corrections to be advised before the event. We do not take any responsible or complaints after the event in relation to decorations and arrangements.
Any Service complaints will be handled on a professional manner, but it should be notified to the management immediately and registered in the complaint book on the same day/night (event night) dealt on the same day between Management and the hirer. We do not take any complaints after the hiring time by the hirer or hirers Guests.
Drugs. Any persons caught with illegal substances on Abhayah Liverpool property will be prosecuted.
